We have a 9'x24' front walkway leading from the driveway up to a 9'x6' covered porch which is one step up from the walkway. It is a straight away walkway flanked by a garage on one side and the house itself. There will be a entry gate at the edge of the driveway that will lead into the walkway. The house is stucco. We want to install a paver walkway and tile on the porch. We need to decide on how wide to make the planter border on either side of the walkway. Is there a guide on the width of a planter border along a walkway leading up to the front entry?
