Dining Room wall needs something???

We just moved to a new house and my husband thinks the dining room is ‘done’. I think the wall looks off somehow, even though I love all the pieces in the room. Wall color is SW Agreeable Gray and it carries throughout the adjoining great room and kitchen. I was thinking maybe an accent color behind the agate frame or grasscloth wallpaper or floating shelves or mirror candle sconces or gold and glass etageres????...too many ideas!!!

I appreciate any suggestions to finish the look.

love the artwork, but it needs a much longer, larger console. the picture dwarfs the console. (or do smaller artwork if you want to keep the console) Notice the scale on this one, and the decor items that frame the artwork. normally pic is 2/3rds of the console width.

look at this other ZGallerie buffet. see how the large picture is supported with a larger console? much better. you need one w/this size

otherwise, sheers and a tall plant, like pictured, would be all you need. its a very nice room.

It's a nice start but it does need a few more items to pull it all together. Some curtains over the window will help soften and fill that wall.

I like the cabinet under the art, but I think a longer one would look more balanced. Right now the art is dominating that cabinet. Two vertical elements on the sides of the cabient/art would also be nice. Some tall plants would work.

The cabinet is from Z Gallery. I’ve had it for a while and don’t know if it’s still available.

Thanks for the sheers drapery suggestion ...I was thinking of printed panels but I see now it would be too many patterns.

I had a tall plant on the corner which I will move back. Any thoughts on an accent color or paper?

The cabinet is lovely but I think a little too small for that wall. A longer cabinet and larger art would look nice.

Do you have two additional chairs to place on either side of the sideboard. That will effectively 'lengthen' the sideboard and balance the wall.
