Rubber tree leaves are heavy, and rubber tree stems/branches are flexible. Your stems need to be staked for a number of years until they build up girth, get stronger and do not droop. Until then they need to be staked.

With multiple trunks as you are growing your lovely rubber tree, only one single trunk can grow straight upright, the rest come out at angles, which encourages drooping and leaning even further. Stake them and give them time (years), to increase in diameter, thereby stiffening and strengthening enough not to bend over.

Lack of sufficient light is the cause of this.

Your pot looks to be good sized. In time an upsize will be necessary. Green bamboo stakes will blend right in and hardly be noticed. I would not prune your rubber tree now. In a year or two, when the trunks have strengthened, you can prune, but do so after thinking it out carefully. You want your rubber tree to grow uniformly.

You may take a look at a wider based pot for your fig tree's next bigger one. Blowing over in high winds happens less often in a wider based pot.
