Stunted Plants?

I have one raised bed where all of the plants have failed to thrive. The beans are yellow and the nasturtium and zucchini are stunted. These beds are all new, I put them in this year with the same mix of peat moss and compost. All of them had some yellowing issues but those have mostly resolved in the other beds. All of the beds receive full sun for most of the day. What could be the problem? Do I need to restart from scratch with this bed or can these plants be salvaged? The top two pictures

are from the stunted bed and the bottom 3 are the other 3 beds.

Fertilizer? Not much nutrition in peat moss and compost. Yellow leaves point to that as a problem. Nitrogen deficiency in particular. As organic material breaks down, some nutrients are slowly released, but not a lot.

Too much moisture could also be the cause. If so, let it dry out before adding fertilizer.

If there is a heavy layer of bark mulch, that could be a problem too as it breaks down and ties up the nitrogen in the soil.

Where are you? Much of the Eastern U.S. has been inundated with torrential, seemingly unending rain. As Labradors mentions, it looks to me like too much moisture.

And that is it? No soil? Quality of compost? No nutrients added? That is not a good growing mix even under ideal weather conditions.

Need more info please.

I agree with any/all the comments above. Just a visual observation. The soil looks like it's holding water. But you could have just watered. Keep in mind roots need oxygen let your soil dry out before watering.
