I have 3 tree peonies that I inherited with the house. 2 of them only got 2-4 blooms each for the last few years. The 3rd one has herbaceous suckers coming out of it. The tree stems only got a few blooms, but the herbaceous portion got a ton of blooms. They are a bit smaller but still beautiful. I have a few questions. Should I move the tree peonies to a new location to see if they will bloom better somewhere else? If so when? Should I split the herbaceous portion of the 3rd tree off and plant that separately? If so when? Thank you all!

I am in Ohio, 6a. This bed gets a lot of midday sun, shade in early morning (this was 7:30 am or so), and shade in late afternoon.
