Please Help! Pear tree leaves with black spots

HI

Can anyone please help me? I swear my trees did. Not look like this 3 days ago when I sprayed them with my bug spray. It was neem oil , dish soap and a bit of peppermint oil. Do you think that could have done this? My apple tree don’t have anything on their leaves only my 2 pear trees. Any help would be very appreciated . Thanks
