were they all planted at the same time???

since its only been 6 weeks.. i have to vote for transplant shock ... i simply dont jump to disease that fast.. with that history ...

it looks like of might be planted too deep .. poke around in there.. and find out where the roots start ... perhaps it settled ...

otherwise.. i would just keep it properly watered.. letting it near dry before the next deep watering ... and see what happens once it gets of the stress ...

personally i dont think fert is a response to stress ...

2 of the others planted at the same time (Viburnum prunifolium) wilted too, but they are greening up now. I'll wait and see what happens if you dont see an obvious disease going on. Should i remove the dead leaves?

The rest of the leaves have turned black and died, Im guessing this plant is toast?

i wouldnt spend much more time looking at it.. or being PO'd by it ...

Well, for closure to this thread, I ripped it out and threw it in the trash today. Yes, it was totally dead.
