I have an Electrolux condenser dryer that I really like. I ran the included hose into my washer drain so I wouldn't have to remember to empty it.

There are two types of condensing dryers. The regular which creates heat in the room and the heat pump type which is more expensive but should not contribute to heat or humidity in the area. I installed a Gorenge heat pump type almost a year ago and it has been very successful. It's reasonably priced in Canada and comes from a large manufacturer in Slovenia who I believe makes the Asko brand. Mine also drains into the washer drain so no hauling water to the sink.
