You will have 120" of clearance. We use a wood fired chimenea under our service wire with only 60" of clearance.

There is a difference between a service wire (the wire that provides service to just your house) and a power line. Utilities typically have an easement for a power line that limits what you can construct on their easement. If you are talking about a power line and not a service wire, you should check for an easement. Certain circumstances may make it necessary for the utility to require the removal of all unauthorized construction on their easements.

Power lines(usually 7,200 volts) which connect at a transformer by jumper cables are not insulated and have to be at least 18 feet in the air over streets and other routes where trucks can go(alleys/etc.)

Service wires originate at the transformer on the pole and must have a minimum clearance to the ground of 10 feet. Service wires are insulated(A and B phases) with a bare common, so getting shocked is minimal.
