Selaginella - a clubmoss

Thank you! You just helped me decide not to buy it! Its a beauty sitting in the little pot they have it hanging over in.... but i have no clue what i would do with it! I thought it would maybe change a bit in shape/size as it matures and hang over more.... but atleast from googling the info you provided me.... i will just admire it when i grocery shop until someone finally buys it : ) thanks again!

If you've still got it that piece should grow if you keep it moist. There's hundreds of species, mostly growing as ground covers. In a pot they would run and hang down over the sides. But they like humidity.

@tropicbreezent thanks! I did just toss it in the pot of a young yucca plant that just hapened to be closest o me and slightly pressed it in the soil....then started thinnking that might not be a great idea because it probaby needs more water than what i give the yucca. Reading your post, I might move it to a pot in fhe sun room.... but its still as green as it was then so i guess we'll see!
