My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I only lost one of the 22 cuttings of Charles Grimaldi I bought, and 16 of them have new growth. If all of those live, that will be well worth the $20 I spent on them. Heck, if HALF of them live, it will be worth it!


She also sent me three mystery-cross seed pods from that CG plant, and although I'll probably plant a few just to see what I get, there are so many! If anyone wants some, send me your address through a PM and I'll send them out next week.
