Although a bit too far a distance to be certain (and enlarging just makes too blurry), the flowers look like those of trumpet vine, Campsis radicans. Be careful if you decide to plant this....it is a very aggressive spreader and can be difficult to control.

I agree with both GG48’s ID (both flowers and foliage are consistent with Campsis) and the caution. As an alternative, check out the various cultivars of Lonicera sempervirens, AKA coral honeysuckle AKA trumpet honeysuckle, a native vine that has clusters of narrower trumpet shaped flowers much loved by hummingbirds in my garden, and without the tendency to send up suckers hither, yon and in the neighbors’ yards. Lonicera sempervirens has selections with yellow flowers, coral to orange flowers, or red flowers. Or if you really want a very similar flower, check out the related vine, Bignonia capreolata AKA cross-vine, which is somewhat more restrained in its growth. It is still large, but doesn’t sucker as vigorously. The flowers I don’t think form as large clusters, however.
