My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What to do first?

The house was constructed in the early 70's. We are on a slope 3' below neighbor to the west and 3' above neighbor to the north. If the house was constructed to code, it was very hit or miss. One interior wall actually moved when the door was closed. What we're trying to determine is what's possible and what to do first.
