Why does the label on the cushions state: Can cause birth defects!

My wife is pregnant and it has warning labels on the cushions for Birth defects?????
I am really concerned you would sell a product with this issue? What do we do ? We cancelled the next morning after purchase..... It came anyway? We thought we could use the set when it arrived but we were shocked reading the labeling warnings. Please Help!!! We are testing products for our commercial applications and this seems like a crazy warning.
