My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

You've seen this top before, but it's quilted now.

Before my good friend moved to Arizona, she gave me bags of quilting cotton, lots of fat quarters, some yardage, and several kits. This was a kit she had put together to make for her new granddaughter, but she never did it, and passed it on to me. Last year when she visited, I showed her the quilts I had made from her stash and told her to pick one for herself. This is the one she picked. Her granddaughter is about four now, so this cute little quilt should be perfect for her. It will go out in the mail this week.
