My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Jenson the light Siamese and Stella the darker one checking out the front garden. I am hoping to move a few blocks away to MIL's house. I have been digging favorite plants and transplanting them. Luckily I turned her on to hostas and there are some at the house.
