Any peach experts here? I'm looking for a good yellow clingstone peach variety - one with "melting" flesh, the kind that are tender, unbelievably "drip down your face" juicy messy that you eat over the sink. Sweet, yes, but more important to me is that luscious rich peach flavor.

The mass-produced ones that make it to the supermarket here (Long Island, NY) are always that somewhat dry freestone, pale, and though sometimes sweet, are pretty bland compared to the peaches I remember from my youth. Any recommendations for varieties that'll do well in zone 7b?
