Okay, I'm just a little confused. When you say you want everything green do you mean the color, or do you mean environmentally friendly? About the vinyl cushions on the ledge, do you need something that is easy to clean because of the dogs? if so,I suggest getting outdoor fabric, not vinyl. Is that what you're looking for? fabric that you normally see on patio furniture? And about the "ledge" do you mean some kins of window seat in front of the window? Is the window you want to do this on, the one next to the couch?

Yes- environmentally green. I am scraping old sealer with blade tools, using apple cider vinegar for etching, I have to check on soy based stain in Houston local, and buffing out natural carnauba/beeswax. I need something I can easily keep clean for the dogs on the window seat I am considering in front of window shown. It will be finished plywood, maybe some aluminum, or the metal looking backsplash squares, and pillows of some sort. Nothing that collects hair. This is my living room and the door shown is the street. The wall parallel to the door I show is opposite the diagonal fireplace. I am wondering if it makes sense to hang tv on that wall. The tv is going on a wall. I have never had it there because I need to get a drop installed by cable. A lot of TV watching happens here. This is my space- not many visitors other than my grown kids and friends occasionally. I like industrial, sleek bones, concrete. Pendant lights eventually, and new nickel plated ceiling fan. Just considerations. I am thinking of painting the fireplace wall and adjacent wall a kind if a moss green or teal, and then painting the fireplace a high gloss dark grey???

I like the colors you are thinking about but wouldn't necessarily use them both in that space. I think you could use a dark gray on the fireplace and then paint the other walls a shade or two lighter than the dark gray. Are you changing the furniture? If not you need to consider a different color altogether because I don't think you could use teal or gray on the walls with colors you already have.

This space has the same feel as yours. I would try to add some reclaimed wood elements to give it the 'green' feel. This will add warmth to the room so the concrete does not feel cold in the room. I would turn your sofa in the opposite direction and float it so you create a hallway effect near the front door. Then your TV can go on the wall the sofa is on now.
