Hey all,
First time flowering Astrophytum. From my research it looks like Astrophytum Myriostigma Fukuryu as it has some extra ribs but flower???
I'm not so sure about it being a Fukuryu but I agree with calling it an Astrophytum myriostigma.
A. myriostigma - the original with flecks.
Yep, myriostigma, but not Fukuryu.
Here's my A. myriostigma Fukuryu...
This type has a lot more bumps and wrinkles than yours. They can have white flecks, or not have any.
and here's my other myriostigma that's more like yours. Actually mine is a quadricostatum, because it has 4 ribs, not the usual 5.
Thank you all. In the past I saw article about myriostigma fukuryu type A and I thought that it looks like mine.
