My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The room is larger than this image. Count on 24" for cabinets and 40" isle space. The island should be wide enough for drawers and cabinets on each side. The length depends on two things, the appliances you want to use and the size of the slab you have selected. Don't forget the edge allowance.
