Same here, is there an update or solution coming Houzz? I have saved incredibly precious photos and ideas for my house to share with architect and builder.

I found that if I go to Houzz.com and click on open in ap I can access my saves. It is the very top of the page . Also try reporting the problem at help.houzz.com . It says the usually reply in 24 hours. There is also a phone number listed 1 800 368 4268.
The curious thing now is that once in awhile the ap on the ipad works but not all the time hmmmm? Curious.

Yesterday I went to Houzz website and found a newer version. I followed the links and upgraded through the App Store. All seems to be going well now.
I am not sure why it wasn’t automatically updated as all my apps usually are.
Happy again!!

Do we know of any solid answers for this situation? I have a permanent white screen within the app as well. Houzz.com works but my app on my iPad Pro doesn’t.

I deleted my app and reinstalled from App Store. After logging in all my IdeaBooks were there and no problems since then.

It is December 6 ,2018 and this still seems to be a problem. houzz did not get back to me in 24 hours. I reported in September

I am having issues on my Kindle Fire. I don’t know what to do. I took out the app and reinstalled it. Will try other avenues and also contact Houzz help desk.

Just had to delete app and reinstall. Getting a white screen. Happened again today. What’s happening. Really like houzz

I use an iPad and find using the browser works best for me.

If you’re getting a blank white screen on IPad and/or IPhone, delete the existing app (touch the icon and hold until a box comes up allowing you to choose delete), then go to the App Store icon, type in Houzz in the search and reinstall. This is the second time I’ve had to do this in the last year or two. This is what Houzz recommended when I called them the first time it happened. All your idea books will come back just fine.

Except it came up fine the first time, but when I went out and back in, I got the blank white screen again just now, as others described! What’s going on? I deleted and reinstalled, came back again - will it disappear again? Annoying....

Well, another release 22.5.24 (6004) Ideabooks don’t come up. iPhone app. 11 pro. Please fix. I can’t do mock ups without Ideabooks on app. Frustrating.
