Yes to new doors & while you’re at it mount a new, larger, more modern light fixture ( check out Rejuvenation.com for inspiration. Also, new modern house numbers mounted vertically would look good. And, I would rethink the area to the left of the steps next to the driveway.

Post in the landscaping sub-forum for advice on landscaping your home. There are professionals in that area that can show you alternatives.

Can’t make specific recommendations, however, I would replace the edging on the border of it & attempt to camouflage anything unattractive ( such as the hose reel & whatever the tall ( utility ?) box. Since you’re in the PNW I’ve always loved Japanese maples, rhododendrons, etc. on a smaller scale. Maybe consider painting or ? the backdrop in that area.

Living in PNW nothing will lighten the inside except lights on the gloomy, foggy, rainy days. Lived here since 1976. Installed 3 skylights in kitchen - helped a tiny bit but still needed interior lights on all day esp in kitchen and family room.

A new driveway would make the entire front look so much better.

Fellow PNW dweller... Starting with the easier stuff:

Plant a short, colorful interesting shrub in the crook of the entry stairs towards the driveway. Fill in the ground with some flowering and or spilling plants like Kent's Beauty Oregano. Don’t put in something you will have to fight away from the stairs or driveway or that will grow to obscure the front door from the approach to the house.

Replace current house numbers with modern floating house numbers (see pic below of arbor). (On Etsy you’ll find options custom made and already mounted.) Have it set up with the numbers running vertically and align it under your porch light.

Get a large mid-century light. Rejuvination is a good start.

For house color, I have found that you can go dark to be bold, doesn't have to be light as the current color proves. A deep blue would work for the body color and then the front door can be fire engine red, or a deep orange (towards red), or chartreuse. Bright, light colors will really draw the eye up to the front door.

Yes to previous post to get new front doors. I had the same wagon wheel doors on my house and replaced them with a CODEL door with narrow, tall window in obscure glass, which I was very happy with.

You can get an arbor over your garage doors. This is if you want to soften or diminish the look of the garage doors and it could hide the siding changes under the windows above. You can grow a flowering vine, evergreen or deciduous over it, like a clematis. (Don’t use wisteria as it can rip apart your arbor.)
