Not sure about the voting, but I guess it depends upon what the budget is. Personally, I would get new floor, new backsplash, new appliances, and maybe paint the walls. If any money left over, new countertops!

I would replace the white appliances, they don't really fit.

new appliance package : fridge, dishwasher, range hood and microwave....new faucet.... then live with it. you have some base drawers, a pantry, display cabinets, canister lights. You are in pretty good shape to put off re-evaluation a bit later on. I don't like the older appliances.....the kitchen is nice enough to warrant new. Find a package price for all , and maybe it would be reasonable. the newer French door fridges are really so much nicer.

If you're planning on replacing counter tops, the first thing I would do is see if you can somehow switch the dishwasher and pots and pans drawer.

One of the doors fell off ... is this quality cabinetry that is worth painting and having new counters installed on it? If the cabinets are not great quality and you plan to live in this house for a long time, then I would save and take my time to plan for a more extensive remodel and end up with a better layout and storage space. I would want to remove the soffit.

If I wanted it to look better, I would start with new appliances and countertop/backsplash. Though as I thought about cooking in there, it looks awkward. Expensive updates won't fix that. Are you living and cooking there? If not, I'd live with it awhile and see if it works well for you.
