My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    it is actually vinyl wood flooring. this one is available through home depot and has the almost look of real wood with the "handscraping" and everything. our basement floor is ridiculously uneven so to install a real wood floor with subfloor tiles would have been a nightmare and so $$$ so this was a great option for us.

    Did you level the flooring at all before installing vinyl? We have the same issue with uneven floors and estimates for leveling are way over our budget.
