Please help framing out HVAC

What would be the best way to frame out this area of the basement? Bring the hvac level down to the header level and lose a little head room? Also for the pipe on the wall should we start the framing at the hvac and carry it all the way to the wall? Last, is there a easy way to cover waste clean out, but still have access to it? Questioning which would look the most natural, and least obvious of hiding these type of things. Thanks!

I would furr out the wall to the left of the beam to hide all the plumbing, then put a clean out cover plate over the clean out. Measure and photo before you cover it, and don't put a drywall screw through the plumbing. Yeah, just box out the HVAC, but if you want, box the beam separate, or leave the beam exposed even.

You can get a low profile plastic access panel cover made especially for sheetrock application. They are neat and look good and hardly noticeable.

As the framing goes around the pipe you can make a step in the wall and bring that portion forward, sometimes that can be incorporate into some basement feature.

The ductwork if you wrapping everything with sheetrock.

Something like this, this is a typical duct framing detail.
