Take a look at Cambria Ironsbridge

@Jules the Ironsbridge looks to have taupe/creamy color in it, am I seeing it correctly? If so I'm looking for more of a gray tone.

I feel like it toes that line quite nicely. The white is definitely white, and the veining is grey with just a hint of warmth. Cambria sent me a nice good-sized sample.

We are in the same situation. Try Verona it’s less busy than the laza and looks similar to marble

Hi Sis18, I'm right there with you as far as the quartz. Of the ones you listed, personally, I like the Calacatta Classique with your kitchen. I think the first one is nice too, but, I think the softness of the Calacatta Classique, with you wanting to go with a more farmhouse style will be so beautiful, it's softness will add to any wood put into your kitchen. I've seen similar quartz countertops in pictures similar to the Calacatta Classique that look really beautiful. It's such a big decision I know, good luck :)

What about Annica by Cambria?

Ive seen the Cambria Annica in a slab, it's gorgeous.

I just had the same choice with Q quartz patterns - check out Calacatta Venice

That's a slab of Calacatta Venice same whiter tone , dramatic moment but softer . Note it has plastic over it in the photo

I can imagine it's a hard decision, I would choose one or two, but not number 3.

Thanks everyone for all of your suggestions, advice and choices. We will look at them all and have to decide today if we want the counter tops in before 4th of July. I'll post our choice once made. Thanks again.

my favorite is Calacatta Classique, look at this photo , really nice.

Calacatta Laza. Your first pic. If you are anywhere near Middletown, DE, I would send you to TROY Granite to look at their in-house quartz. They have a pattern that is spectacular and I think would work for you.

Calacatta Laza. BTW, is your farmhouse sink installed at the right height? It looks like there'll be a space of about an inch between the top of the sink and the bottom of the countertops once the tops are installed.

My contractor is fixing the sink after the counter tops are in. Its a temporary fix for me now to use the sink. Does that seem wrong? Numerous issues with my contractor so sure if hes right about anything he tells me. Should something be done before the counter tops, will it impact them installing the counter tops in anyway?

It has to be at the correct height when they come to do the template. Call the fabricator (don't let this go through the contractor) and ask them what's needed for them to fabricate and install around a farmhouse sink. And if you're expecting trouble or issues with the contractor, withhold enough payment so you can get him to fix it.

I like the Laza the best from the photo! It's gorgeous. Not a fan at all of #3

What about Cambria Swanbridge? Has nice subtle marble texture and tends to be on the brighter white & cooler gray side (as opposed to beige / taupe)

Remodeled my kitchen 3 yrs ago. White shaker cabinets and wood floor. I knew I wanted marble look quartz counters. My biggest problem was finding quartz with a real white background. So many had a creamy background. The whitest I found was Silestone Blanco Orion. I have been very happy with them. I have posted a few pics below. Would love to see your finished pictures. From the photos you posted the Calacatta Classique looks wonderful, however we like Calacatta Laza as well.

Of all the three examples you posted, I think Calacatta Classique would make your kitchen warm, just what you want to achieve. However, I believe that you would achieve exactly what you want with Caesarstone Calacatta Nuvo. This is one of the warmest and gentlest marble-looking quartz stones I know of.

I was looking at this tile, it’s a 4x16 white porcelain tile and I was thinking a gray grout. What do you think?

Difficult to tell with the lighting but the white tile looks too creamy against the counter. The size is nice.

I think the tile looks too big. I also think it's generally too linear? The movement of your counter is soft and fluid. I think a curvier shape in the backsplash tile would make more sense with the vibe the counter is giving off.

@jilius what type of tile are you suggesting?

I do like your tile but I agree with Jilius it does look a little big. I wish I was one of the many tile experts on here to suggest a perfect tile. I do have some photos from Houzz that show counters with pattern and different tiles used. Maybe one of these can help you find a perfect tile. I like your counters so much if it were my kitchen I would do the same quartz on the backsplash.

I love this look of the counter and the back (slab) splash.

Here are some other pretty ideas...

I didn't have a specific tile in mind - there are a million tiles of smaller scale that aren't square or rectangular. Doing the slab backsplash as someone else suggested would be nice too (and easy to clean!).

However, now that I've seen boxerpal's inspiration pics, I am convinced that what your kitchen truly needs is lobster claws and a gold pig.

I would love to see what you chose for your backsplash! Currently deciding between the Laza and something softer, myself. Backsplash is kind of playing into my decision because I'd love to do the full-height backsplash but the cost might be too much for our budget (already going over for the quartz)! Beautiful countertops though!
