Hard to see. Might be an immature leafhopper, but they damage foliage, not fruit.

Not a leaf hopper with those legs and antennae! It's a plant bug of some sort, like a tomato bug nymph or assassin bug nymph. Of course, the latter wouldn't be piercing your tomatoes but the pests.

Yeah, I didn't notice the antennae. Probably a tomato bug nymph. But again, those don't usually attack fruit. It's possible the bad-looking fruit is just the result of damaged stems and foliage.

I can't say for certain that these are damaging the fruit, just noticed the damaged fruit the same time I noticed them.

More resemblance to an assassin bug nymph, as suggested by rhizo. But those bugs come in many many different forms. If true, no danger to your plants.

Photo of assassin bug nymph. For comparison. But IMO the odds of him doing all the damage is slim. I'd be looking for another culprit - the bad bug he is actually feeding on.
