Looks like your ceilings are 8 ft? A 5 ft mirror w/console won't give much space over entry console. I typically would use 32-34" ht for entry console; 30" consoles better behind couches but very low for entry table imo. Do you have a console you wish to work with? Measure and tape out your dimension. You could think about a bench below mirror to give you better scale/room to work with.

Since your ceilings are standard height and your mirror is tall, I would mount the mirror center to the wall with 1.5' clearance at top and bottom. Then, you could get a lucite table or thin framed console to place in front of it. Something similar to this...

You could also do a short bench to place in front of it as well. Something similar to this look...
