Since there's so little space, why do you need to put anything there? Rehang both art works side by side so they're both reflected in your mirror. 57"-60" from the floor to center of the art is the ideal measurement for hanging art. Paint the white switchplate the wall color paint.

This is a great Houzz article about the power of negative space (i.e. blank space)

As art looks like it`s abstract, I would hang one above the other, but the other way around centered on the wall.

maybe only one print may create more space. It looks just a little too crowded so close to your bed and nitestand. Then, maybe, you could use a small ottoman under the print if you need something to sit down on. Is there an adjacent wall to hang the other print?

Sometime less is more. I wouldn't put anything there.

Wall decals are very unique or a nice small bench or table would look nice but be careful not to pick something that would make it look crowded

I would do as Ida suggested and hang side by side, or just hang one, and either way, I wouldn’t put anything else on that wall.

You have a lot of stuff hanging on the wall in that one corner. Maybe there is a better spot for those. Post more pix of the room and let the experts here at Houzz help you tweak it.

Here r some more pics, I’m waitng for my curtain panels which will be a cream color ,above my dresser will be a starburst with a very small mirror in the centre, I’m thinking on putting a chair in the corner by the window and that’s it.

The vases on the dresser will not be in the bedroom

Lovely room - maybe you don't need those 2 pictures as you have lots for the eye to savour. I switch the lamps to the outside of the end table. I see your little doggy likes to be in the limelight LOL

Too many mirrors IMO I really don’t think there is room for a chair in the corner , the little brown table with the vases needs to go the art needs to be hung both at the same level replace that brown table with an actual dresser

Patricia the brown table is a dresser with drawers, what type of dresser do you mean?

The bedroom is also going to be painted a different color and I’m using wallpaper behind the bed for an accent color

I moved the lamps closer to the bed on the nightstands so I could reach the light switch otherwise it’s hard to reach but I do agree they should be moved

No wallpaper. Too much is just too much. Add drapery panels.

Add your drapery panels and a soft shade to replace the verticals. Eliminate the circles mirror and move the dresser under the window. Then hang one of your two pictures above the bench, moved to the wall at the foot of the bed. Use the other one somewhere else (maybe the bathroom.) However, you might find something with a silver frame to work better with the lamps that are silver toned.

I would separate the prints. Center one on the wall by the bed at the same height as the one on the right. Then move the other over the chest, hung with the bottom about 6" above the top of the chest.

My setup is similar to yours, with a mirror over each nightstand flanking the bed. I opted for one large (4-foot) painting on the wall where you now have the two pieces. (This painting is special to me and I plan to replace the current frame with a wooden gallery floater when I can afford to.)

There is no room for the dresser below the window

We live in a neighbourhood where we have a huge house right behind us so a soft shade wouldn’t work , the blinds are best for privacy

I don't think you have too many mirrors but the large mirror is a little puzzling there as you cant really use it to see yourself and is more decorative - maybe another place in the house. I like the 2 pictures on your wall, staggered, as you have them I just think they should be a little lower on the wall. I wouldn't put anything underneath them. Update us when you put in the new piece over your dresser. Any room for a reading chair and a floor lamp in the corner of the room near the dresser?

I think I’ll wait until I get my curtain panels up to decide on if I’m going to put a chair in that corner , thanks for your feedback!

I’m wanting some ideas on what to put inbetween the two chairs in my piano room, the ottoman in the photo is not staying, pictures would be great with suggestions

I agree with katin on the location of the prints, one centered where the two are now, and the other over the dresser. IMO, another mirror over the dresser will be too many mirrors in that room. I see nothing wrong with your lamp locations.....mine are arranged the same so I can reach them from the bed (even tho the switch is on the cord).

For a softer fabric for the window, you could use a pleated shade. It could be opened during the day but give you privacy at night when you need it (would look much better than drapes with verticals).

As for under the window in the piano room.....you don't need anything there.

Don`t know if this will work as can`t see the whole room, but could you place the piano so you are facing the window, on an angle, with your back into the corner, then relocate the chairs so they are together, facing the piano. Could you post more pics of the room to get an idea of size.

Angel that wouldn’t work the room is too small

Instead of adding anything under the window, consider adding a small table to each chair for a place to set a drink.

Some more pics for u to see

Would it be too corny to frame sheet music of your favorite songs?

I would definitely turn the piano, even if it means eliminating the chairs all together. And as for your drapes in the bedroom. The rod is WAAAAAY too high. I reject the idea that hanging drapes so far above the window frame is ALWAYS a good idea. In your case you are obstructing the drama of the vault. Consider hanging them just above or even with the casing.

thanks for pics. Could you try moving the piano the other way and perhaps a chair could go in each corner near the doorway.

Angel, the piano is normally opened up and I like that when u walk in the front door you see the beauty of the baby grand with the lid opened up

The colors you see on all the walls are going to be changed also

Got it. Remove the one chair in the far corner and the ottoman - perhaps put it the opposite corner, or remove completely. Drapery panels on the window will soften the look.
