I have a 3 year old tree. Last year it had flowers but they all fell off. This year they started to turn into fruit. I noticed today a lot turned black. If i touched them they fell off. Is this normal? It has been a wet spring, early summer. It sounds like they are water sensitive. A couple others that are not black have small fruit.

I do not water or fertilize. Zone 4, SE MN.

This is my only persimmon. I can get a better picture if needed.
