I like the both, especially the sofa, but I don't think they go well together. Or, in other words, maybe someone will find a way to pull it off, but I think there are better combinations.

I think it looks fine.

The table and chairs have very clean lines so I think they'll 'go' with anything. Although, if the rest of your furniture is very traditional, they could look out of place in only that one room. But I love the combo!

I'm not sure that the chair goes with the couch. With the rolled arms the couch would go very well and you could probably use the coffee table also, but I'm not certain about the chair, and that may just be because it doesn't look terribly comfortable. I would google modern furniture in traditional house and see what you come up with.

Start with the sofa. Good design from any era can usually work well together. I like a comfortable sofa - chairs need to also be comfortable but need not "match" the sofa - in fact, should NOT match.

Don't buy any furniture sight unseen. It is important to sit on furniture to see if it's comfortable. It's also nice if one can bring out a chair on approval and see how it works in place.
