granote countertop needs backsplash

I have a granite countertop and white base cabinets. I decided not to do any uppers cabinets and add a stainless steel piece behind stove with a stainless steel hood from ceiling, stainless steel floating shelves around sink and a bit of reclaimed wood shelving. I need backsplash ideas see attached photos. first is new granite countertop Mountain Mist in production
kitchen cabinet and layout included. I'm kind of eclectic on my design thought. please advise.

That granite is beautiful. How about floating shelves with that same granite as your backsplash?
