Need Inside dimensions

I would like to remove the two shelves from this unit and replace with a mini-refrfigerator. Can you tell me how wide the inner section is and also whether I could remove the shelves (I am OK if they need to be cut away too).

    The dimensions on the inside cabinets are..........


    13" D x 25"W x 28"H...........


    These are the Dimensions if the middle shelf was taken out....


    ........our carpenter does think the middle shelf can be removed........
