Does this include countertop?

The title says it includes countertop but the description says "Countertop included: No"...so wanted to verify it DOES include the countertop? If so, what color is the countertop and sink?

The description also references this unit as a 30" unit and I have the 48" selected so I wanted to make sure that is a generic description and this is the link for the 48"?
