A kitchen remodel with a Tuscan flair

The ceilings in this space were actually lowered, which opened up our options for lighting. The window height was raised to coordinate with an adjacent transom and the cabinets were custom designed to help balance the old with the new in this 1990's suburban Minneapolis home.

    The cabinet color is custom mixed. It's an ivory with a glaze overtop.

    The bar stools are the "Carrie" model from Tempo. We were warned that the backs can be uncomfortable because of the potential "poking" factor with the metal design. My clients haven't had any issues with them though.

    I custom mixed it, so it is not a color that can be purchased in retail establishments.

    Love this. If the stain is custom on the cabinets can you tell me what you used. I like my contactor/designer in Vancouver BC. To try this

    Thank you. The clients actually purchased the pendants on their own. I believe they got them from Cartier.
