I had this Tree for 18 yrs and Love it, its against the house ( pretty close ) and has done so well all these yrs, some browning but usually grows out, should I ace it and get another this Fall or is there Hope??? Looks all brown in one Volleyball sized area in the front of the tree and the rest is green
