The fruit on the right will be ready in weeks, but sooner than a month. Once fully red, give it another few days, if there is no pest pressure (birds, slugs, etc.).

Watering potted plants is tricky; I would water these if a finger stuck 2 inches into the soil was dry. Get a feel for how heavy the hanged pot is before and after watering and this can be a guide also once you have had some long-term success.
