i like blue but yours isnt winning me over in that photo... that blue needs white cabinets and trim i think. i think you need a blue thats more grey than the green you have.

I would suggest pulling a light grey tone out of the splash.

Speak to your local Realtor. You are in the Florida Keys and brighter colors are expected and appreciated here in S Fl. Going with a gray is the wrong direction in your location.

Even though I live in NYC, one of my dearest friends is from Islamorada, so I make it down to your world often.

As your condo is in such a specific lifestyle location and is modern, I would go with all white and switch out to all LED bulbs.

Let the new owner use their imagination at open house time.

I would like either white or blue—definitely not beige or gray! I think the blue looks nice, especially for the setting. And it appears to be picking up the blue (though it may be casting onto) in the floor tiles.

FWIW, I’d buy it as-is.

In the Keys? I'd leave it alone. Definitely no grey,no beige,and no to a creamy white,too unless my realtor told me to paint.

If the paint is in good condition, just leave it alone. Judging by your kitchen, if the rest of your condo is as spectacular, potential buyers probably aren't even going to notice what color the walls are.

I would leave the walls alone, as the new owner is going to want to paint it their color anyway.

It's the Keys and nobody wants to deal with paint ! Paint it a clean white and show off the kitchen. The blue is competing . .....Id lose the oak trim at entry too!

I think based on that, I'm not particularly enamored with the warm white - a little understated color would be my preference. Personally, I like the blue which appears warmer and darker in the photo than in real life but the issue is that it is a personal choice and we have to think as buyers.

Yes, you need to paint. that blue color matches with nothing. I would also remove all three of those pictures, they do not match with the style of the kitchen.

White and all LEDs in 3500-5000k range and the oak trim has to go

If the color is truly a soft blue- the condo will feel like fresh air when you walk into the area. Soft blue adds an ethereal, dreamy quality to a living space. I would not repaint the condo.

I would pull a light color from the backsplash or try to match up the countertop. I really like blue but that just doesn not look right with the kitchen to my eye. The kitchen is the wow feature so make the walls a bland background with a light version of a similar color

5000k led's??? Are you going to be doing alien autopsies on the kitchen counters?

What you can't see is that the granite in the island countertop is a light blue with a gradient to soft green which is why we selected the blue paint in the first place - we wanted to bring out the blue of the countertop. Also, the kitchen is the only room painted that shade of blue - the rest of the condo a soft and subtle sand to compliment the tile.

Also, the trim is bamboo, from leftover trim from the cabinet install. It is also the same material as the diagonal accent on the front of the island.
