House plan search

We are looking for a house plan with the following: 3 bedrooms, 2 to 3 baths, open great room to include kitchen with island and dining room, laundry room, pantry, possibly 1 extra storage space and a 3 car garage. The great room/foyer needs to be big enough to accomodate a baby grand piano. I would also love for the dining space to accomodate a round dining table but this is not a must. Have any of you houzzers seen anything like this?

Have you tried calling an architect or a builder ?

There are thousands of house plans on line. To make sure you get what you want, I would take Rockin' Fine's suggestion of contacting and architect and having them draw up exactly what you want. If you find a floorplan online that is close to what you like, then an architect can make the alterations to suit your needs.

There are numerous house design magazines, and you can browse for what looks close to what you want .. then show that to an architect to tweek it to exactly what you want. Often the magazines specialize in a particular style .. like 1-level living, and by looking at the flexibility you'd have (or not) with a particular style, it could help you narrow down what you like.

Sounds like a reasonable and very common list.
