My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Hi emptynestorof2! The fireplace insert is by Town and Country. You can find their website online. The rug is one of kind, that I sourced through a dealer in Denver, CO. You can view fabrics on the Pollack website, but need to purchase through a design professional. Happy Hunting! K
