Hello Again,

I went through this about a month ago. I thought it was under control. I removed all the "infected" leaves and sprayed the garden with Neem. All seemed well. I have been away for about a week and BOOM. Crazyness! I want to start another round of seed but I dont think i should use the same location but have no other in my garden. I was thinking about getting a ready made soil mix from LGC and making a few mounds in the area for the seeds, but what do I have and will it continue to spread?

Also, its been 2 weeks since fertilize. I am due to feed the whole garden today.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
