Information on Antique walnut bedroom set

Hi everybody, I recently bought this bedroom set and was wondering if anyone knew who the manufacturer was . Since buying this I have found a few other sets that look very similar except the "fruit" on the handles is reversed?

Very cool. It doesn't look like walnut; it looks like mahogany. The color and grain are very different from walnut.

Look on the bottoms of the drawers or inside the casing for any maker marks.

American Renaissance Revival Carved Walnut Bedstead, dating to 1840-1870, if you would like my opinion. I think it's lovely.

A mixture of cabinetwoods was common to this period. The primary wood tends to be walnut for this type of American furniture. Send best wishes for happy hunting at antique stores.

The fruit appears to be figs.

I think the mahogony guess is correct. Although Anon x2 the drawer sides are not the same as the drawer facing. I've looked EVERYWHERE for any kind of mark, and the only mark I see is on the bottom of the marble top on the mirrored dresser. EPB. Thanks everybody for your help.
