Hello everyone!

My husband and I have just* started working on one of our extra rooms, a small area we are going to use as our office/craft area. We are pretty much starting from scratch with this room in terms of decor. We have just recently scraped the popcorn ceilings, and are in the process of sanding/patching/smoothing them, and then painting them a nice white. The only piece of furniture that I have for the room so far is a simple desk from Ikea.. which is actually a dining room table: the white 49" MELLTORP table. It is very simple and sleek, and I liked that look.

As we will be finishing the ceilings soon, I then want to move onto paint color. I was wondering what paint colors you might have in mind for a smaller office area? I want the area to feel bright, but also relaxing, if that makes sense. We only have the one window that you can see there, as well as a small closet.
