My variegated ruby rubber tree keeps developing these brown dead spots on some of the mature leaves and they are also curling. I also noticed there are a lot of white spots on the mature leaves which is visible in the picture. I am not quite sure what is going on because the new growth seems rather healthy. Any help would be great !
