It will look fine and I prefer it. Mixing adds interest. Here's a blog post that has some nice pics for examples.

Mixing finishes

There's no rule that plumbing fixtures have to match cabinet hardware. I wouldn't worry about it at all. A chrome faucet is accepted as totally neutral.

I think a silver colored faucet will be lovely with the soft gold finishes. Things have more impact when there is some contrast.

Ive seen lots of cases where non-matching goes just fine. Especially with the light and dark aspects of this situation. Polished nickel always looks good.

I think that would be fine -- it is common for everything not to be 100% matchy matchy. However, if you are worried about it, perhaps a satin nickle finish (which will "match" what I assume to be your stainless appliances better) will be less conspicuously different.

Curious on what you ended up going with? I am also looking at the Honey Bronze finish from the Top Knobs brand. I am concerned since the faucet will stand out as it’s facing the living room with the cabinets behind it that are stacked to the ceiling. Did you ever find a faucet to match? I have Super White cabs and White Carrara marble countertop. I love the Polished Nickel but worry about the fingerprint. Satin Nickel seems kind of blah in this kitchen.

@Jenna Nicole can you post a picture of how it looks? I have the same hardward but I kind of like the polished nickel too. I was the Delta Champagne bronze, but the Kohler Modern Brass is a match?

We're also trying to get a close match to Kohlerr brushed modern brass here.

We just got the Kohler modern brass faucet with the Top knobs honey bronze and we disagree with Jenna-- they do not match at all. now we are stuck trying to return and find others to match.

I ended up with top knobs honey bronze and the Brizo Rook faucet in Luxe Gold and it works well. I was too afraid polished nickel would be a random 3rd finish.
