Two kinds of concrete, concrete that has cracked and concrete that has not eyt cracked. But that being said without more info it is impossible for anyone to offer advice. Pictures?

millworkman is correct. It's the nature of the beast. Make sure any sealer allows moisture to pass through it, especially if you're in a freeze-thaw climate, please.

Up to you, but sealing won't help it not crack.

If you show pictures from farther back, the experts can help you evaluate whether the pour was a professional job or not. There are all kinds of parameters for concrete, (and I'm no expert, btw), including the spacing between the cuts that are purposefully placed in order to encourage any cracking along those joints, to the thickness of the concrete, to whether it was cured properly by being watered every day, to the rebar underneath. Perhaps there are expansive soils where you live, like the expansive clay where I live. I think with better pictures and descriptions of the work, the experts will be able to help you.
