Got it narrowed down to this but what color grout?

Thank you to those that gave suggestions about tile. I’ve decided to go with the subway tile. Beige color. This one has a less finished look. Can’t decide if I love that but I believe the color is what I need. What grout would you pair with this? Also since I’m asking, would you go with the traditional cut subway tile or one that is less perfect?
