Ohh I bet the baskets are pretty. You will find the regulars here take great pride in their laundry rooms/closets. A clean, orginized, pretty laundry area makes for a relaxing feeling. You probably know many of us spend a great deal of time in or around our laundry area. Lol. I have a laundry room but its not huge. I have cupboards above the machines but had my sons put in open shelves across another wall. A tiny shelf was put in above the back door. I have to make use of what space I have for my.. .stuff. I like collecting very old detergents, and laundry related things that I display on the shelves and top of cupboards. Some say its dust collecting junk...I call them my treasures. Lol. I feel happy working in this room. But even just a few cute baskets, a pretty jar filled with detergent pods and a throw rug can pretty up a small space. I used to have a shelf under the cupboards above the washer and dryer that had 50 quart sized canning jars with a ribbon tied around them that I stored different powdered detergents in but when I got a TL the shelf needed to be removed.

Anyway here I am going on and on.
