My bluegrass lawn is pretty much white in clover blooms, though having one patch that is an especially nice carpet of small dark dense foliage that produces barely any blooms whatsoever and the few that do appear are very tiny. I've been observing this patch for three or four years and a square yard of it might produce a measly ten blooms during the entire summer. Are there any mini clovers on the market that show such low flowering ability, I would gander to say no. I've transplanted some of this low flowering clover to a new section of lawn that is free of clover and thus it can spread as it pleases and later I'm likely to take some plugs and keep spreading it around.
