My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is Fine Art Lamps' Epicurean 6 Light Island Fixture in Charred Iron (405340ST). I've see it with different shades; don't know what finish options are available. LightingDirect.com is one site I found that is selling it. There is another fixture in the Epicurean Line that has a working clock in the middle!
